 Medical Nereus offers eligible employees and their dependents the choice of two medical plans through Aetna, HMO Plan or PPO Plan. The cost of this insurance is paid by the Company. Dental Nereus offers eligible employees a high option PPO dental plan with in-network and out-of-network services. The cost of this insurance is paid by the Company. Life Nereus provides eligible employees Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance at two times base annual salary in term life insurance to a maximum of $300,000. The cost of this insurance is paid by the Company. Life insurance for dependents is also provided. Short- & Long-Term Disability Disability insurance is provided to all regular full-time employees. The cost of this insurance is paid by the Company. Section 125 Plan Nereus Pharmaceuticals offers a Flexible Spending Account for medical and dependent day care expenses. This plan allows employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay for certain expenses. 401(k) Eligible employees may enroll in Nereus' 401(k) plan after a three month qualifying period. Employees may contribute up to 15% of their annual salary or the maximum allowable by the IRS guidelines, whichever is less, on a pre-tax basis. Vacation and Holidays All regular full-time employees receive between 15 and 20 days of paid vacation per year based on years of service. Nereus observes seven scheduled holidays each year. In addition, there are three company designated floating holidays per year. Stock Options Incentive stock options are granted to regular full-time employees and are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Bonus Plan Nereus offers an annual bonus plan based on achievement of corporate goals.
