Clinical Trials For NPI-2358 (VDA)
Nereus Pharmaceuticals is currently enrolling patients in a Phase I clinical
trial of NPI-2358. This trial is a dose-escalation study in patients with
advanced solid tumors or lymphoma. This clinical study will assess the
pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, safety, toxicity, and maximum tolerated dose
of NPI-0052 when administered intravenously. Subsequent to determining the
maximum tolerated dose, 12 additional patients will be entered to gain
preliminary data on efficacy. DCE-MRI scans are also performed during the trial
to assess the effect of NPI-2358 on blood flow in tumors.
